Katherine had a high temperature of 38.7°, and requested a Coronavirus home test. The instructions are slightly different to the self-test instructions which are given out at drive-in test centres. Katherine received the test kit in the post, and the swab was collected by Royal Mail the next day. Katherine got the results in a text message 2 days later – it was negative.
